Pest Control Specialist
This position consists of providing pest control services, sales, troubleshooting problem accounts, etc., to current and future clients. RTPC office staff will prepare the daily schedule for Pest Control Specialists. Industry-specific training is provided, as well as structured support to help you become a licensed Pest Control Operator through the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Applicants do not need any prior knowledge or experience in pest control in order to be wildly successful here. All training and equipment are provided, as well as a take-home truck, company cell phone, and all other necessary supplies. Proper maintenance and care of service equipment and vehicles are key components of this position. Standard working hours are 8AM until 5PM Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday. Overtime is often available but not required.
Starting wage is $18 to $21 per hour (DOE) plus monthly sales commission bonuses and annual hourly wage increases.
